Field Sales Representatives (Females Only) at Old Mutual

Deli Group is seeking dynamic, results-driven and customer-focused Field Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team in Uganda.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive sales of stationery and office supplies within assigned territories.

Identify and develop new customers, businesses, institutions and corporate accounts.

Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.

Conduct regular field visits and actively promote the company’s products.

Achieve set sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.

Support product distribution and ensure effective market coverage.

Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain updated customer records.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, marketing and distribution within the Ugandan market.

Previous experience specifically in stationery and office supplies sales is MANDATORY.

Strong knowledge of the stationery and office supplies market in Uganda.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.

Ability to work independently, travel extensively and deliver results in the field.

Good knowledge of local markets and customer networks is an added advantage.
