SALES & MARKETING OFFICER

Location: Jinja, Uganda

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Officer to drive product sales, grow the customer base, and increase market presence for our beverage products in Jinja and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customers and sales opportunities.

Promote and sell the company’s beverage products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, retailers, and other business partners.

Achieve agreed sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.

Conduct market visits to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product activations.

Follow up on customer orders, payments, and feedback.

Monitor product availability and visibility in the market.

Work closely with the production and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Requirements

Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG or beverage manufacturing.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Good knowledge of the Jinja market and surrounding areas is an added advantage.

Must be proactive, results-oriented, and willing to conduct regular field visits.
