Key Responsibilities
Lead Group financial strategy, budgets and forecasts
Oversee consolidated financial reporting and performance analysis
Manage cash flow, liquidity, fundraising and working capital
Review project budgets, margins, costs and commercial performance
Strengthen financial controls, governance and risk management
Oversee intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, tax and statutory compliance
Lead finance teams and partner with business leaders
Drive finance systems, automation and continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or related field
CPA(K), ACCA or CIMA mandatory; good standing with relevant body
Minimum 7 years’ progressive finance experience, including 3 years in senior finance leadership
Experience in a startup or high-growth business, building scalable finance functions
Group or multi-country finance operations experience preferred Strong (FP&A), Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Audit, Working Capital Management and Cash Flow Management
Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience
Strong leadership, analytical, communication and commercial skills
