Purpose
A leading resort in Athi River with over 70 villas is looking to fill a manager role.
The F&B Manager will lead the food and beverage operation to deliver excellent guest experiences, consistent quality and healthy margins.
Job Description
Key responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the restaurant, bar, kitchen and banqueting/events.
Plan menus and pricing with the kitchen; maintain food quality, portion and presentation standards.
Control food and beverage costs, wastage, stock and inventory.
Recruit, schedule, train and supervise F&B staff.
Ensure food safety, hygiene and licensing compliance.
Handle guest feedback and prepare sales and cost reports for the General Manager.
Qualifications and experience
Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage or related field.
3+ years in F&B supervision or management in a hotel or resort.
Strong leadership, cost control and customer service skills.
Terms
3 month's probationary period
2 years renewable contracts subject to satisfactory performance
