Job Description
We are hiring developers who can take us from MVP to a product that scales globally.
This isn’t a 9–5 role.

Responsibilities
Take ownership of in-house tech projects, the roadmap, and our client projects.
Build and launch new AI-driven features fast: search, personalisation, integrations, and community systems.
Scale us from MVP to a full-fledged platform.
Use a mix of code and no-code to move quickly.
Ensure the product is simple, fast, and loved by our target audience
Work hand in hand with the founding team on product strategy.
Requirements

Startup-minded: You thrive in lean, fast-paced environments.
Passionate about AI development
Skilled in web development (including WordPress, Webflow, or Next.js) and comfortable with AI and AI APIs.
Understand value delivery with tech: you care about outcomes, not just code.
Curious, adaptable, and driven by impact.
