Are you a young, ambitious professional ready to build an exceptional career in hospitality? The Hemingways Graduate Management Trainee Program is a 2-year remunerated program running from January 2027 to December 2029.

It offers driven graduates an opportunity to learn, grow and develop within a values-led luxury hospitality environment. Through practical exposure, mentorship and leadership development, you will gain the experience needed to become part of the next generation of hospitality leaders.

Are you:

26 years old or below

Equipped with at least two years of working experience

A graduate with a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division or a 3.0 GPA

Confident, self-driven and proactive

A strong communicator and analytical thinker

A self-starter who brings energy, curiosity and initiative

What awaits you

Experience within a leading luxury boutique hotel chain in Kenya

Mentorship and leadership-development coaching from experienced hospitality professionals

Broad exposure to hospitality operations, providing a strong foundation for career progression

Structured job rotations across departments and properties, helping you understand how the different functions work together to deliver Hemingways’ strategy
