Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Hardware Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading computer hardware and related IT equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair computer hardware, printers, network devices, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain hardware components and peripherals.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and system checks.
Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues and provide timely technical support.
Replace faulty components such as RAM, hard drives, power supplies, and motherboards.
Maintain accurate records of hardware assets, repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities.
Assist with equipment setup, relocation, and user installations.
Ensure IT equipment is properly secured, functional, and maintained.
Requirements
OND, HND, or BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
Practical experience in hardware installation, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Good knowledge of computer systems, peripherals, and basic networking.
Strong problem solving and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work independently and respond promptly to technical issues
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND , OND
