Housekeeping Supervisor at 67 Airport Hotel

Job Summary:

67 Airport Hotel, Syokimau, is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Housekeeping Supervisor. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional dedicated to maintaining high cleanliness and service standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations

Inspect guest rooms, public areas and back-of- house spaces to ensure top-fier cleanlines staff to Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain excellent service standards

Manage linen, cleaning supplies and inventory levels

Report and follow up on maintenence issues promptly

Ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety regulations

Collaborate with the Front Office, Maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth oparations

Handle guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally

Prepare staff schedules and maintain performance and attendance records

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES:

Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field

Minimum 2-3 years’ supervisory experience in housekeeping

within a hotel, resort or similar environment

Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Flexibility to work weekends and holldays as required

Familiarity with hotel property management systems is an added advantage
