A leading organisation within the Food and Beverage Manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead and execute its people strategy.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations & Personnel Management (IRPM), Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field

Professional HR certification such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI is advantageous

5-8 years' experience as an HR Director within FMCG and/or Food and Beverage Manufacturing

Proven experience operating in an international or multinational environment

Proven experience partnering with executive leadership teams

Strong background in organisational development, talent management, employee relations, and change management

Sound knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen

Based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Minimum qualifications

BA/BSc/HND , Professional Certificate
