Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resource Officer with strong recruitment skills to join our team.
Responsibilities
Develop and post job adverts across relevant recruitment platforms.
Handle employee onboarding and orientation
Manage employee relations,including addressing queries and time management
Manage daily work flow ,staff operations, and overall employee welfare
Requirements
HND/B.Sc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Must be very good with Microsoft Excel
1-2 years proven experience as an HR Officer or Recruiter.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment processes simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
