At Strivo Global Ventures, we’re looking for an exceptional HR Executive to help us recruit, manage, and support talent across our growing business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with both blue-collar and white-collar professionals, and understands that great HR goes beyond recruitment — it is about building systems, protecting standards, and ensuring people and businesses succeed together.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Driving end-to-end recruitment across our business units, with a strong focus on blue-collar and frontline workforce recruitment.

Managing rigorous candidate screening, guarantor verification, reference checks and background checks.

Coordinating onboarding, employment documentation, staff deployment and replacements.

Managing employee relations, staff welfare, attendance, performance and disciplinary processes.

Preparing payroll inputs, maintaining employee records and supporting payroll reconciliation.

Supporting client management, staffing requests, complaints and workforce coordination.

Maintaining accurate HR databases, recruitment pipelines and workforce reports.

Supporting HR compliance, training, employee exits and process improvements.

Coordinating an HR Intern and Operations Support staff, ensuring accountability and timely execution.

Who We’re Looking For

A degree or HND in HR, Business Administration or a related discipline.2–4 years of relevant HR, recruitment or workforce management experience.

Strong experience in blue-collar recruitment, candidate verification and staff management.

Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.High integrity, attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business.

Experience in recruitment, outsourcing, domestic staffing or workforce-intensive businesses is an advantage.
