Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry or any related scientific field.
Technical/Professional Experience:
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in FMCG manufacturing, preferably in quality control or in-process quality assurance.

Attention to detail - Able to identify process variations and product defects before they result in non-conforming products.
Accountability Takes responsibility for assigned inspections, testing activities and quality decisions.
Collaborative & Networking - Works effectively with Production and other departments to maintain process control and product quality.

Highly Organized - Maintains accurate records and ensures timely completion of required quality checks.
Ethical and Honest. Maintains integrity in testing, reporting and enforcement of quality requirements.
Analytical & Problem Solving – Able to interpret results, identify deviations and support root cause investigations.
Assertiveness – Communicates quality concerns effectively and escalates deviations without compromising standards.
