Key Responsibilities
Assist in providing technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and hardware.
Troubleshoot network, internet, printer, and system-related problems.
Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups.
Maintain proper records of IT assets, repairs, and technical support requests.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
