We are currently seeking a Marketing Co-Ordinator/PA to GM to join our vibrant team.

As a Marketing Co-Ordinator/PA to GM, you infuse our dynamic Marketing Team with a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a relentless commitment to delivering impactful campaigns.

Your role is a creative weapon, armed with innovative ideas, a results-driven approach, and a genuine passion for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities

Implement hotel marketing plans in collaboration with the Marketing Partner aligned with objectives and brand strategy

Collaborate on creating engaging marketing campaigns and content across channels

Support digital efforts, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising

Monitor and respond to guest reviews to maintain a positive online reputation

Analyze market trends and competitor activities for growth opportunities

Coordinate events and promotions, ensuring seamless execution and satisfaction

Contribute to managing marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and reporting.

Ensure brand consistency and quality in marketing materials and collateral

Manage the General Manager's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Maintain records of contracts, marketing budgets, and supplier agreements.

Track marketing expenditures against approved budgets

Support cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

Prior marketing and administrative experience, preferably in hospitality.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork.

Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media management, and basic SEO.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Creativity and a keen eye for design and content quality.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Proactive and adaptable mindset, committed to learning and growth.

Minimum qualifications

BA/BSc/HND
