Marketing Executive – Zanzibar, Tanzania

Our client, a growing renewable energy company based in Zanzibar, is seeking to hire a results-driven

Marketing Executive

to support the expansion of solar energy solutions across residential, commercial, and tourism sectors.

The role focuses on generating leads, closing sales, and building strong client relationships while educating customers on the value and long-term benefits of solar power. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical or solution-based sales, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage directly with business owners and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting both B2B and B2C audiences across key market segments.

• Support client-facing activities including product pitching, presentations, and sales enablement initiatives.

• Develop and deliver marketing content such as social media posts, blogs, case studies, and promotional materials.

• Manage digital marketing channels including social media platforms, paid campaigns, and website updates.

• Coordinate and support marketing events, activations, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy and customer targeting.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate leads and support conversion through targeted marketing initiatives.

Key Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in energy, construction, or technical products.

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
