Marketing & Growth Lead

Responsibilities:

Develop integrated online and offline marketing strategy.

Manage social media, content, digital advertising and campaigns.

Develop trade/market activation programmes supporting distributors and retailers.

Drive product awareness and consumer demand.

Track marketing ROI, leads, conversions and customer acquisition.

Coordinate agencies, creators and other marketing partners.

Work directly with commercial/sales to ensure marketing translates into product movement.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience

A minimum of an HND in a related field.

Proven FMCG/growth-marketing experience.

Strong digital marketing knowledge plus understanding of offline/trade marketing.

Evidence of campaigns that generated measurable business results.

Commercial and data-driven rather than focused only on aesthetics/content.

Capable of operating effectively with controlled budgets.

Remuneration: NGN 600,000 - 800,000 Monthly
