Duties and Responsibilities
Must have an excellent communication and presentation skills and confident to speak
An excellent story teller to persuade clients and close a deal
Ability to market and drive sales to achieve monthly sales target.
To plan and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Foam Concrete Panel products.
Design and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms including digital and traditional media
Continuous visiting of client project site and marketing and promote Foam Concrete Panel products.
Prepare and submit monthly marketing report to Management and attend Marketing meeting weekly.
Ability to lead a team and being a team player
Must have an understanding and in-dept knowledge in Built Environment, Real Estate and Construction industry.
Education and Experience:
General Education Degree in Marketing/Commerce or any other related fields
Professional Qualification Professional Marketer 4 to 10years
Knowledge Competencies / Skills
Built Environment, Real Estate and Construction industry.
Effective writing, speaking, presenting and active listening skills.
Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, clients and customers where applicable.
Familiarity with Ready mix concrete business and construction industry management.
Critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making.
Understanding of industry best practices.
Creativity, adaptability and familiar with current marketing trends
Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
