We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in real estate marketing, traditional marketing, sales activation and field marketing.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of developing and implementing marketing strategies, driving property sales, leading marketing teams and executing effective market activation campaigns.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years' experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
Strong experience in traditional and field marketing.
Proven expertise in sales activation and lead conversion.
Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
Experience managing marketing teams and driving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to identify market opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
