Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute field marketing activities, promotions, and product activations.

Visit retail outlets, distributors, and potential customers to promote company products.

Build and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Monitor product visibility, availability, and brand positioning at points of sale.

Support sales teams in achieving marketing and sales targets.

Prepare reports on field activities, customer feedback, and campaign performance.

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.

Requirements

Minimum of HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.

Proven field marketing experience and willingness to travel within assigned areas.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of market trends, product promotion, and customer engagement.

Ability to work independently, meet targets, and deliver results.

Must be proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
