National Service Personnel-finance & Accounts

Job Summary

The National Service Personnel (NSP) will support the Finance team in ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, timely processing of transactions, and effective administrative support. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in finance, accounting, and financial operations within a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining financial records and documents.

Support the processing of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial transactions.

Enter and update financial data accurately in accounting systems and spreadsheets.

Assist with account reconciliations, including supplier statements and bank reconciliations.

Support the preparation of routine financial reports and month-end activities.

Maintain proper records for audits, compliance reviews, and internal controls.

Assist with petty cash monitoring and banking-related documentation.

Provide general administrative support to the Finance team, including document preparation and correspondence.

Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance in all financial and administrative activities.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Accountant.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Eligible for the National Service Scheme (NSS).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
