Office Administrator

The Firm of Albert Kamunde & Company LLP, located in Nairobi, is seeking to recruit a competent, organised and suitably qualified Office Administrator with good knowledge and experience in the operations and administration of a Law Firm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the Firm and ensuring that administrative, client service and office management functions are efficiently undertaken.

The ideal candidate should possess the following professional and personal attributes:

A Diploma in Law or equivalent relevant qualification.

At least 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in a Law Firm.

Good knowledge and experience in the day-to-day operations of a Law Firm.

Good organisational, administrative and record-keeping skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Good interpersonal and client-service skills.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

High levels of integrity, attention to detail and reliability.
