Amaica The Restaurant Limited is a leading hospitality brand celebrated for authentic African cultural dining experiences. With multiple locations in Nairobi, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and enhance our Food & Beverage operations across all outlets.
LEAD OPERATIONS
Drive operational excellence across multiple outlets
BUILD TEAMS Develop and inspire high-performing teams
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management or related field
Minimum 8 years' experience in Food & Beverage operations, including at least 5 years in a senior management role
Proven multi-outlet restaurant experience
DELIVER RESULTS
Optimise profitability, service quality and customer experience
Strong commercial acumen, leadership and digital reporting skills
Knowledge of operational SOPs, inventory management, procurement and cost control
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
