Part Time IT Support Assistant

Key Responsibilities

 Provide technical support to staff and assist with day-to-day IT issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

Troubleshoot hardware, software and Network connectivity problems.

Assist with network setup, Wi-Fi connectivity and internet troubleshooting.

Create and manage user accounts, passwords and access permission

Provide basic training and guidance to staff on IT systems and applications.

Qualifications and Requirement

Certificate, Diploma, HND, or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking.

Experience troubleshooting windows computers, printers and Internet connectivity.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Word, EXCEL and Outlook

Working Hours

Part-Time working hour arrangement.

Working hours and days will be agreed upon with management

Flexibility may be required to address urgent IT issues
