The Payroll Officer will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, maintaining reliable payroll records, resolving salary-related complaints and ensuring compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
HND / BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 2–3 years relevant payroll experience in an outsourcing or security services company
Experience managing payroll for a large or operationally dispersed workforce will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of Nigerian payroll procedures, PAYE, pension contributions and other applicable statutory requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using payroll software or accounting systems.
Strong numerical, analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail.
These is not a senior role, but accuracy and discipline are critical.
