Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote ShelfLife’s pharmaceutical inventory solutions.
Educate customers on the benefits of ShelfLife’s services and handle inquiries professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with independent pharmacies, hospital buyers, and healthcare providers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by converting leads into customers.
Follow up on leads and customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide feedback from customers to the sales and product teams for continuous service improvement.
Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service, preferably in pharmaceuticals
Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector is a plus.
Fluency in English and Swahili is required.
