As a Physical Trainer at Ghana National Gas Company Limited, I support employee health, fitness and workplace wellness through structured exercise programmes and engaging group training sessions.
• Plan and deliver corporate fitness sessions including strength training, functional fitness, HIIT, aerobic conditioning, mobility and flexibility training.
• Lead group workouts for employees with different fitness levels and abilities.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide suitable modifications to promote safe and effective training.
• Develop progressive workout programmes focused on strength, cardiovascular fitness, mobility, endurance and overall physical wellbeing.
