We are seeking an experienced and technically competent Production Technologist III to support production optimisation, well and reservoir management, and the maturation and execution of production improvement opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate well completion designs, including artificial lift, sand control, perforation and smart well designs.
Lead Well, Reservoir and Facility Management (WRFM) activities and production system optimisation.
Drive well performance reviews, production forecasting and identification of production improvement opportunities.
Lead well intervention, stimulation, remediation and flow assurance activities.
Coordinate reservoir development studies, Field Development Plans (FDPs) and integrated technical studies.
Develop technical and economic proposals for well interventions and production enhancement projects.
Engage with JV partners, regulators, service providers and multidisciplinary teams.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Production Technologists.
Requirements:
A degree in Petroleum Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
Significant relevant experience in Production Technology within the Oil & Gas industry.
Demonstrable experience in well completion design, WRFM, production optimisation and well intervention.
Strong knowledge of artificial lift, sand control, flow assurance and production system modelling.
Experience in technical studies, opportunity maturation and multidisciplinary team coordination.
Strong technical leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
