QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Marketing, Community Development or a related field.
At least 3–5 years’ experience in business management, regional operations, business development or stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability to grow revenue, develop markets and deliver results.
Strong understanding of business operations and resource management.
Excellent leadership, financial management, planning and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Kiswahili. Knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
Experience in healthcare, emergency response or volunteer management is desirable.
Ideal Candidate: A commercially minded leader with strong business acumen, capable of managing all regional resources, expanding market opportunities and delivering sustainable growth
