Prospecting and generating leads (cold outreach, field visits, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, inbound from ads/website).
Conducting product demos and explaining technical value in simple terms to non-technical buyers (business owners, managers, facility managers, C-level).
Qualifying prospects, handling objections, negotiating, and closing deals.
Managing the full sales cycle (lead → proposal → close → follow-up/onboarding).
Building and maintaining client relationships; chasing renewals, upsells, and referrals.
Tracking activities and pipeline in CRM tools; reporting on targets, conversion rates, and revenue.
Providing market feedback to product/sales teams.
Hitting monthly/quarterly revenue or acquisition targets.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Minimum: OND, HND, or B.Sc (any discipline is often accepted; Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science/IT, or related fields preferred).
Enterprise or multinational roles more often require a bachelor’s degree. Postgraduate degrees are rarely mandatory.
Experience
Entry/mid-level: 1–4 years in sales (field sales, B2B, digital/inside sales, telesales, SaaS/tech sales, real estate, facilities management, fintech, or proptech).
Monthly compensation:
₦75,000 – ₦100,000.
Monthly Commision:
10% of closed deals (uncapped)
