Identify, prospect and acquire new individual and corporate customers.
Promote WHOOSH NG’s services, including international shipping, interstate deliveries, haulage and B2B logistics.
Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, social media and physical business visits.
Respond to customer enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Handle customer complaints, provide shipment updates and coordinate resolutions with the operations team.
Drive repeat business through customer engagement, upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain accurate customer records and submit regular sales reports.
Meet assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.

BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA , OND
