Key Responsibilities
Identify and attract potential customers interested in purchasing vehicles.
Promote and sell new and used vehicles to individual and corporate clients.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about vehicle models, features, and prices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Arrange vehicle viewings, test drives, and follow-ups with prospective buyers.
Negotiate sales and work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
Use social media, online platforms, and personal networks to generate leads.
Stay informed about vehicle specifications, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
Requirements and Qualifications
Previous experience in automobile sales is an advantage but not compulsory.
Applicants without automobile experience must be willing to learn and undergo on-the-job training.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude, confidence, and a strong interest in sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good customer service skills and a professional appearance.
Must be target-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
Knowledge of social media and digital marketing is an added advantage.
A valid driver’s licence is an advantage, where applicable.
