JOB TITLE: SALES PERSON – ENERGY PRODUCTS
Location: Lusaka(1) And Ndola(1)
JOB PURPOSE
To drive sales and market growth for energy products including inverters, solar panels, batteries, solar water pumps, and related accessories.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sell solar energy products – inverters, solar panels, batteries, charge controllers, cables.
Identify and develop new customers, dealers, installers, and corporate clients.
Conduct product presentations, site assessments and advise clients on suitable energy solutions.Achieve monthly sales targets and grow market share.
Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.
Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
Participate in exhibitions, field marketing and product activations.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports.REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma / Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Electrical Engineering or related field.
2-3 years proven experience selling energy products – solar panels, inverters, lithium / tubular batteries..Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.Self-driven, target-oriented and able to work with minimum supervision.
Valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.
