Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote KOFA IVD instruments and reagents across healthcare institutions in Ghana.
Establish and maintain strong long-term partnerships with local public and private hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, clinics, and medical distributors.
Identify new business opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate commercial distribution contracts.
Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide regular feedback to headquarters.
Coordinate product registration and commercial logistics support locally when needed.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3+ years of proven B2B sales or technical support experience in IVD, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals in Ghana.
Established connections and existing network with local hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare procurement channels in Accra and beyond.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
