Role Description
The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ruiru.
This position involves identifying and engaging prospective customers, B2B customer management, presenting product features and benefits, and closing sales for car accessories and safety solutions.
The Sales Specialist will manage customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide product demonstrations and basic training to clients on proper use of installed solutions.
The role also includes preparing sales reports, tracking performance against targets, coordinating with installation and customer service teams, and supporting promotional activities to grow market share.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging clients and addressing inquiries effectively.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, close deals, and support achievement of sales targets.
Candidates should possess Training skills to guide customers on product features, usage, and safety standards.
Relevant experience in automotive accessories, technology solutions, or safety equipment sales is an added advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Ruiru, meet deadlines, and manage multiple customer accounts efficiently.
Basic proficiency in office software and reporting tools; diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
