SALES SUPERVISOR – MOBILE PHONE RETAIL

Key Responsiblities

 Supervise daily sales operations across multiple shops.

 Monitor sales targets, staff performance, and customer service.

 Conduct regular shop visits and ensure compliance with company policies.

 Monitor stock movement, merchandising, and accountability.

 Coach, motivate, and guide sales teams to achieve targets.

 Prepare regular sales reports and recommend improvements.

 Identify sales opportunities and implement strategies to increase revenue.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

 At least 3 years’ experience in sales supervision, preferably in mobile phones or electronics retail.

 Proven ability to manage multiple outlets and achieve sales targets.

 Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting.

 Willingness to travel between shop locations.
