What you’ll work on:
Goal and performance tracking with custom objects, formulas, reports and dashboards
Employer partner pipeline: Opportunities, record types, roll-ups and data migration
Risk case management with record-triggered Flows
LMS-to-Salesforce integration (Canvas → Cases)
Automated student outreach and progress-based automation
What we’re looking for:
2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and/or development
Strong Flow-building skills (record-triggered and scheduled)
Solid command of custom objects, fields, formulas, record types and page layouts
Experience building reports and dashboards for non-technical users
Comfort with data migration, cleanup and testing best practices
Fluent English and clear communication with non-technical teams
Nice to have:
Salesforce Admin, Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I certifications
Apex and SOQL
REST APIs, webhooks or middleware (MuleSoft)
Experience with Canvas LMS or survey tools
