Salon Sales Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Salon Sales Consultant to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and promote the salon’s products and services. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and passionate about beauty and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

● Welcome and engage clients, understanding their beauty and haircare needs.

● Recommend appropriate salon services and beauty products based on customer needs.

● Drive sales of salon services, products, packages, and memberships.

● Achieve and consistently exceed individual and team sales targets.

● Follow up with existing and prospective clients to generate repeat business.

● Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

● Promote ongoing offers, packages, loyalty programs, and new services.

● Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.

● Maintain a professional and welcoming customer experience.

● Record customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups accurately.

● Work closely with stylists, beauticians, and management to ensure smooth service delivery.

● Stay updated on beauty, haircare, skincare, and salon product trends.

Requirements

● Diploma or certificate in Sales, Marketing, Beauty & Cosmetics, or a related field is an advantage.

● 2+ years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in a salon, spa, beauty, cosmetics, or retail environment.

● Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

● Strong knowledge or interest in beauty, haircare, and cosmetic products.

● Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

● Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

● Confident, well-presented, and professional.

● Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

● Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems is an advantage.
