About Classfeel

Classfeel is a young startup transforming how schools and parents stay connected. We give schools a simple way to keep parents informed and involved in their children's education, so no parent is left in the dark.

We're looking for a confident, persuasive School Growth Executive to bring more schools into the Classfeel family.

What you'll do

Identify and visit schools in your area to introduce Classfeel

Book and attend meetings with heads, proprietors, administrators and PTA leaders

Negotiate and close subscriptions, and collect signed agreements or payment confirmation

Onboard new schools by accurately entering their data onto the platform

Keep a record of your leads, visits and sign-ups, and share a weekly progress report

What we're looking for

Confident communicator in English; Twi, Ga, Ewe or another local language is a plus

Experience in sales, marketing or education is an advantage, but not required

Comfortable using a smartphone, spreadsheets and basic apps

Organised, self-motivated and able to work independently

Willing to travel regularly to schools within Greater Accra region
