Job Description
As a Sr Advanced Chemical Engr here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in leading and managing a team of chemical engineers to develop and implement innovative solutions.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and improvement, provide technical expertise and guidance, and ensure the successful execution of projects.
Additionally, you will oversee the design, construction, and operation of chemical processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
In this role, you will impact by providing technical leadership, strategic direction, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the chemical engineering team, including setting goals, defining priorities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of advanced chemical processes and solutions
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive product development and improvement
Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful execution of projects
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
5+ years of experience in chemical engineering
Strong leadership and management skills
We Value:
Advanced degree in Chemical Engineering
Experience with process simulation software
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA
