Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and onboard distributors and retail outlets within Lagos.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.
Drive sales, reorders, and market penetration within assigned territories.
Ensure products are adequately stocked and visible across outlets.
Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
Support product sampling, promotions, and trade activations.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Submit weekly sales, distribution, and market reports.
Requirements:
2–3 years' experience in FMCG, distribution, sales, or key account management.
Strong knowledge of the Lagos FMCG/distribution market.
Proven ability to acquire distributors and retail accounts.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Target-driven and comfortable working in the field.
