Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies for construction equipment and heavy machinery.

Lead the sales team to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.

Acquire corporate accounts among construction firms, contractors, mining companies, and equipment rental businesses.

Manage key accounts, commercial negotiations, quotations, and high-value equipment sales.

Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and territory expansion plans.

Monitor market demand, competitor activities, and equipment pricing.

Coordinate with technical, logistics, finance, and after-sales teams.

Coach sales personnel and prepare performance reports for management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.

6–9 years of relevant sales experience.

At least 2–3 years in a sales management or supervisory position.

Proven experience selling construction equipment, heavy machinery, forklifts, or industrial capital equipment.

Demonstrated ability to secure corporate accounts and negotiate high-value contracts.

Strong leadership, commercial, analytical, and customer relationship skills.

Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Willingness to travel across assigned territories.
