About You
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Officer/Senior HR Officer or equivalent role. Experience in multi-branch, restaurant, retail, agriculture, manufacturing or other high-volume workforce environments is highly preferred.
Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of HR administration, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, disciplinary procedures, labor law, manpower planning, payroll coordination and HR reporting.
Computer Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Excel and proficiency in HRIS, attendance and payroll systems.
Certification:
Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
Other:
Strong communication, leadership, analytical, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to manage confidential employee matters professionally.
