Job Summary
Marsand Bespoke Joinery is seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media & Content Specialist to manage the company's digital presence and create engaging content that showcases our bespoke joinery, craftsmanship, completed projects, showroom, and brand.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the company's social media platforms and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Create high-quality photo and video content for social media.
Develop reels, short-form videos, stories, graphics, captions, and other digital content.
Capture content from the showroom, production floor, project sites, installations, and completed projects.
Ensure all content reflects Marsand's premium brand image and quality standards.
Monitor comments, messages, and enquiries, ensuring potential client leads are properly recorded and communicated.
Develop creative content ideas and keep up with relevant social media trends.
Plan and manage weekly and monthly content calendars.
Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and enquiries.
Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Service, Design, and Production teams.
Submit regular reports on content production and social media performance.
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong photography and videography skills.
Ability to edit videos and images using relevant tools.
Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Creative eye for visual presentation and attention to detail.
Good understanding of social media trends and digital marketing.
A portfolio of previous social media or content creation work is an advantage.

A creative and commercially minded individual who understands how to create compelling content, build brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and communicate the value of premium bespoke furniture and joinery.
