Key Responsibilities
Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Create and edit Reels, videos, photos and graphics.
Film product demonstrations and promotional content.
Plan, schedule and publish posts with engaging captions.
Engage customers and respond to comments and messages.
Track performance and follow social media trends to improve results.
Requirements
1–2 years’ experience in social media management or content creation.
Strong filming, video editing and communication skills.
Skills in CapCut, Canva or similar tools.
Good content planning, caption writing and customer engagement skills.
Ability to use social media insights to improve content.
Good organisation and time management.
Portfolio or examples of previous work.
Minimum qualifications
Diploma
