Key Responsibilities:
Convert leads generated through the company’s digital advertising campaigns into paying customers.
Make outbound calls, engage prospective customers, and promote Keep It Cool’s products and services.
Follow up on leads, close sales, and encourage repeat purchases.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
Record customer interactions, orders, and sales performance accurately.
Coordinate with the Marketing, Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 year of proven experience in telesales, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and work under minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Self-motivated, persuasive, and results-oriented.
Strong record-keeping and reporting abilities.
