Key Responsibilities
Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, rebooking and cancellations.
Search flight options, compare fares and prepare quotations for customers.
Coordinate hotel, tour package and other travel-related reservations.
Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate travel information.
Liaise with airlines and travel service providers to confirm bookings.
Maintain accurate reservation records and follow up on pending bookings.
Qualifications and Experience
HND or bachelors degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
IATA diploma in Reservations & Ticketing Foundation or consultancy.
Advanced General Distribution Systems (AMADEUS GDS) certification.
At least 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in ticketing and reservations.
Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
