Job location: Nairobi
Key Responsibilities:
Manage tour bookings, hotel reservations, flights and transport arrangements.
Prepare tour itineraries, quotations and travel schedules.
Coordinate tour guides, drivers, hotels and other service providers.
Respond to customer enquiries, process bookings and handle cancellations.
Follow up on payments and maintain accurate booking records.
Promote tour packages and convert enquiries into sales.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure quality service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma or degree in Tourism, Travel or Hospitality Management.
At least 2 years’ experience in tour operations or reservations.
Strong communication, customer service and organisational skills.
Computer proficiency and knowledge of booking systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings.
