Summary
We are looking for a friendly, polite, hardworking, and customer-oriented individual to join our restaurant team as a Waiter/Waitress.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to customers professionally.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve meals and drinks promptly.
Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and properly arranged.
Respond to customer requests and complaints politely.
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience.
Requirements
Minimum of an SSCE / OND qualification.
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be hardworking, punctual, and responsible.

Secondary School (SSCE)
