About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Warehouse Clerk to support inventory management, stock documentation, warehouse operations and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, verify and document incoming stock
Issue stock to authorised partners/customers and maintain accurate records
Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
Monitor defective, returned, and test units and ensure proper documentation
Maintain FIFO inventory practices and organised storage
Attend to walk-in customers and provide basic troubleshooting support
Manage warehouse documentation, emails and operational records
Ensure the warehouse is clean, secure and well organised
Support the Community and Operations teams with stock and administrative tasks
Protect customer, partner and inventory information
Requirements
Minimum of OND / NCE in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting or a related field
Experience in warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, retail or customer service is an advantage
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail, organisation and integrity
Ability to follow procedures and work independently
Ability to handle routine warehouse duties and stock
Remuneration
Monthly Net Salary: ₦95,000
Quarterly Incentive: ₦72,000

NCE , OND
