KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage warehouse operations in line with company policies, objectives, and vision.
Oversee receiving, storage, distribution, and maintenance of goods and warehouse facilities.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, supply chain management or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
3-4 years’ experience in warehouse/fulfillment operations.
Develop and enforce efficient warehouse policies, procedures, and operational standards..
Recruit, onboard, coach, and motivate warehouse employees.
Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role preferred.
Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
Manage inventory, stock control, system reconciliation, and future warehouse capacity requirements.
Prepare regular warehouse reports and performance statistics.
Set performance expectations and conduct regular employee performance reviews.
Promote a safe, positive, and productive working environment.
Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and proper condition of goods.
